Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Creator Money OS ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Creator Money OS web application available at this domain (the "Service").

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

The service

Creator Money OS is an income tracking and analytics platform for online creators. It lets you log affiliate commissions, ad revenue, and digital product sales; view charts and breakdowns; set monthly goals; and manage an income experiment board.

The Service is provided "as is" as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Your income data is your own — we simply help you organise and visualise it.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
• Notify us immediately at earnifyhub@earnifyhub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions & payments

Plans: Creator Money OS offers a Free plan and paid Starter and Growth plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and are activated upon receipt of a confirmed cryptocurrency payment via NowPayments.

Crypto payments: Payments are made in cryptocurrency. Because crypto transactions are irreversible by design, please ensure you send the exact amount shown at checkout to the correct address. Incorrect amounts may result in a failed or delayed payment.

Renewals: Plans do not auto-renew. Your plan expires on the date shown in your dashboard. To continue, you initiate a new payment before expiry.

Refunds: Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Due to the nature of crypto payments, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Plan limits: Free accounts may log up to 10 income entries per calendar month. Starter accounts may log up to 200. Growth accounts have no limit. Exceeding a limit will prevent new entries until the next calendar month or until you upgrade.

Your content

The income data you enter into Creator Money OS ("Your Content") belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You may export Your Content at any time using the CSV export feature (available to Starter and Growth subscribers). You may request deletion of Your Content at any time by contacting us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service to third parties without our written permission
• Use automated scraping, bots, or bulk data extraction tools against the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant planned downtime.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or via a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Money OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is a data organisation tool. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, and we do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your income data and account information will be deleted within 30 days, except for payment records which are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we believe your account poses a security risk. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any unused subscription period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
