Refund Policy
Overview
Creator Money OS subscriptions are billed as one-time monthly crypto payments — there is no auto-renewal. You pay for a month, it activates, and you choose to renew or not before it expires.
Because we provide instant digital access to the full feature set upon payment confirmation, and because crypto payments are irreversible at the blockchain level, refunds are not issued simply because you changed your mind or forgot to cancel.
However, we are a small, creator-run product. If something went wrong — the payment was processed but your plan didn't activate, you were double-charged, or there was a technical error on our end — we will always make it right.
How crypto payments work
When you subscribe, your payment is processed by NowPayments, a third-party crypto payment gateway. Here's what happens:
- You're shown an exact crypto amount and wallet address at checkout.
- You send the payment from your own wallet.
- NowPayments detects it on the blockchain and notifies us.
- We activate your plan automatically within minutes of confirmation.
Because blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed, NowPayments cannot reverse a confirmed payment. Refunds must therefore be processed by us sending a new crypto transaction back to you.
Eligible refunds
You are eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Payment confirmed but plan not activated — your blockchain transaction confirmed but your dashboard still shows the Free plan after 30 minutes. This is a technical error on our end and we will refund or manually activate your plan.
- Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
- Substantially broken service — the core feature you paid for (e.g. income entry logging for Starter, or goal tracking for Growth) was broken and unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period, and you reported it to us.
- Wrong plan activated — you paid for Growth but Starter was activated, or similar plan mismatch caused by a system error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Changing your mind after the plan has been activated
- Forgetting to cancel before the month expires (there is no auto-renewal)
- Not using the service during your billing period
- Sending the wrong crypto amount or to the wrong address
- Sending a payment that was never confirmed on the blockchain
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after the payment date
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
How to request a refund
Email us at earnifyhub@earnifyhub.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- The email address on your Creator Money OS account
- Your NowPayments Payment ID (shown on your checkout page and in your confirmation email)
- The cryptocurrency you paid with
- A brief description of what went wrong
- A receiving wallet address for the refund
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Processing time
If your refund is approved:
- We will send the refund in the same cryptocurrency you originally paid with.
- The refund amount will be the USD equivalent you originally paid, converted to crypto at the current market rate at time of refund. We do not absorb cryptocurrency price fluctuations between payment and refund date.
- Refund transactions are typically sent within 5 business days of approval.
- Network confirmation times vary by cryptocurrency — Bitcoin may take 30–60 minutes, some others are faster.
We cannot refund in fiat currency (USD, EUR, etc.) as we do not hold fiat — all payments flow through NowPayments' crypto infrastructure.
